1. Who provides the service

2. What Cocinoa is

Cocinoa is a tool to discover recipes, organize your personal recipe space, plan meals, create shopping lists and cook step by step. The information it shows (nutritional values, allergens, prices, storage times, automatically generated plans) is for guidance only.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
  • The information you give us must be true and the account is personal. Keep your password secret.
  • You can delete your account whenever you want from your profile. You can also download a copy of your data.

4. Cocinoa is not a medical service

  • Plans, suggestions, warnings and nutritional values are general estimates, not personalized medical or dietary advice.
  • If you have an illness or an allergy, are pregnant or are following a treatment, check with a healthcare professional before following a plan.
  • Allergen information depends on the available data and may be incomplete. Always check the actual labeling of the products.
  • Professionals who supervise other users' plans act under their own professional responsibility.

5. Content you publish

  • You may only publish recipes, texts and images that are yours or that you have permission to share, and always in line with the content policy.
  • By submitting content to the public catalog you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it, adapt it to the format of the website and the app, and translate it automatically for as long as it remains published.
  • We review content before publishing it and may reject or remove it if it breaks these terms or the content policy.
  • Recipes you import from a web address stay only in your personal space and are never published.

6. Third-party content

Some recipes come from external catalogs and show their source and attribution. Related videos and links lead to their original authors. If you own any content and want us to remove it, write to us or use the report option.

7. Prices, timers and appliances

  • Prices are estimates based on open sources and internal reviews. They are not offers from any store.
  • Timers and appliance integrations are aids. You are responsible for supervising the cooking and for food safety.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Cocinoa to send spam or hidden advertising, impersonate other people, harass, publish other people's personal data, scrape content in bulk or try to get around the security of the service.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously break these terms, telling you the reason whenever possible.

10. Liability

We work to make Cocinoa run well, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a significant way we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you log in.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
