No Clever Dripper? This works too
Method
Heat water at 95 ° C. Put the paper filter in the clever, rinse it and empty that water by holding it over a glass.
The Clever only releases the liquid when you support it on something.
Put the clever on the scale and pour first 350 g of water.
With water before coffee, the final filtering is faster and more uniform.
Add 22 g of medium-thick ground coffee and gently remove until there are no grooves. Cover.
Wait two minutes.

Removes once again and supports the Clever over the cup: the valve opens and the coffee filters in about 1 minute.

Tips and warnings
- It is the most constant method: the contact time does not depend on how you pour.
- If you want it more intense, extend the wait to 3 minutes before grinding more thin.
- Without Clever Dripper: an AeroPress or a French press with the same proportion; with the press, it then hangs with paper for an equal cup of clean.
One last thing
Pour in the water, add the coffee, wait, and let it brew. It’s just as easy to buy us a Ko‑Fi.
