Tips and warnings
Its antecedent is the "hand-bathed coffee" of Macau, popularized by Leong Kam Hon in the Hon Kee Café. It became viral in Korea in 2020 after actor Jung Il-woo made it on television, and the name comes from the dalgone, a Korean sugar and bicarbonate candy with the same color. You need soluble coffee.
