Method
Prepare an espresso of about 30 ml (recipe "Espresso") and dissolve the sugar in it while it is hot.
In cold the sugar does not dissolve well.
Put 3-4 ice cubes and the lemon slice in a small glass.
Pour the hot coffee on the ice.
Squeeze the lemon with the spoon, remove and drink it immediately, before the ice washes.
Tips and warnings
In Valencia, "a time" is a glass with ice, and from there comes the name.
- Modern cousin: "Coffee lemonade." Far side: "Mazagran."
- No machine: a strong Italian coffee machine works very well.
