Method
Herve 150 ml of water with black tea over soft heat for 4-5 minutes to get a very strong tea.
5 min
Hang it with the fine colator and add evaporated milk and sugar: you already have Hong Kong milk tea.
Prepare about 75 ml of strong coffee in the Italian coffee maker (recipe "Italian coffee maker (moka)").
Never fill the tank above the valve.
Mix 3 parts of coffee with 7 tea and milk. If you want more coffee, go in half and half.
Serve it hot or let it cool and pour it on ice in a high glass.
Tips and warnings
"Yuanyang" is the name of the mandarin ducks, who in Chinese culture symbolize couples because they are said to always go two by two. The couple here is coffee and tea.
One last thing
Coffee and tea, together like the mandarin ducks. Let's make another nice couple, you and a kopfi.
