No AeroPress? This works too
Method
Heat the water at 90 ° C and grind 16 g of coffee to medium-fine grinding.
With clear tweets you can go up to 95 ° C; with dark, stay at 85 ° C.
Put the plunger in the camera to number 4 and put the AeroPress face down, on the plunger, on the scale. Check he's stable.
Ease the coffee and pour 230 g of water, leaving at least 1 cm free up. Remove 3 or 4 times with the palette.
As long as it infuses, rinse the paper filter on the lid. At 1: 30, screw the cap with the filter.
Put the cup face down on the lid and, holding camera and cup together firmly, turn it around in one move.
Grab the camera, not just the plunger, and do it away from the edge of the counter: the water is very hot.
Press constantly for about 30 seconds, until you hear the final siseum. Serve.
Tips and warnings
- Watch your turn: it's the moment when it's easier to burn. If you don't feel safe, use the classic AeroPress recipe.
- Nothing drips before time, so this version gives some more body.
- Without AeroPress: a Clever Dripper makes a similar infusion without having to turn it around.
One last thing
If you’ve managed to turn the AeroPress upside down without spilling a drop, you deserve a round of applause. And we, perhaps, a Ko‑Fi.
