Method
Put in a high glass 2 teaspoons of soluble coffee, any sugar you want and 1 teaspoon of water.
Sketches: no sugar. Metrios: 1-2 teaspoons. Glykos: 2-4 teaspoons.
Bat with the foamer 20-30 seconds, or shake in the cockpit, until it has a thick and clear foam.
Add the ice and complete with cold water and, if you like, a jet of milk.
Serve it with a straw and not remove completely, so that the foam stays up.
Tips and warnings
It is said that he was born at the 1957 Thessaloniki Fair, when Dimitris Vakondios, Nestlé's employee, prepared a soluble coffee agitated with cold water in the absence of hot water. The story is repeated a lot, but it is not fully proven.
