Method
Pour 15-25 ml of condensed milk at the bottom of a small glass glass.
Prepare an espresso of about 30 ml ("Espresso" recipe) in a separate cup.
Spum 30-50 ml of milk up to 55-65 ° C, with a slightly denser foam than for a cut.
Pour the coffee slowly on the back of a spoon to form the second layer.
Finish with the sparkling milk, also on the spoon, and remove before drinking.
Tips and warnings
It's the little bar with no liquor, no lemon and no cinnamon. In Gran Canaria this name is preferred. If you want the liquor version, look at the "Barraquito" recipe.
One last thing
Milk and milk, coffee and coffee... and to round, a ko- fi and a ko- fi. Or just one, which is also worth it.
