Method
Have a cold brew concentrate ready (cold brew recipe) or prepare a double espresso (espresso recipe).
Fill a high glass with ice and pour 120-150 ml of lemonade.
Add the coffee slowly above to be in layers.
Decorate with a slice of lemon and remove before drinking.
Tips and warnings
Fast home cleaning: 30 ml lemon juice, 20 ml syrup and 100 ml cold water. With a light-tweeded coffee and citrus notes it looks especially good.
