Method
Prepare an espresso of about 30 ml ("Espresso" recipe) in a cup of espresso.
Spun the milk in the jar up to 55-65 ° C, with a dense and fine foam.
Put 1-2 teaspoons of foam right in the middle of the coffee and serve.
Tips and warnings
Machiato means "stained" in Italian. Don't confuse him with the "Latte macchiato," which is just the opposite: a lot of milk stained with coffee. The extra milk can go to another coffee or your breakfast.
