Method
Prepare a double espresso ("Espresso" recipe) in a large pre-heated cup.
Vaporiza 200-300 ml of milk up to 55-65 ° C with little air in it: look for about 1 cm of fine and bright foam.
Pour the milk over the coffee in a continuous jet, down the pitcher at the end to draw if you encourage.
Serve right away.
Tips and warnings
In Italy, if you ask for "a latte" you can get a glass of milk: there you say "caffè latte." If you like less milk, prepare a simple espresso with half the milk and you'll have something close to a "Flat white.".
One last thing
A lot of milk, good espresso and a fine foam. What he's not wearing yet is a ko‑fi.
