Method
Put 15-25 g of chocolate in a big cup.
Prepare a double espresso of 30-60 ml ("Espresso" recipe) directly on the chocolate and remove it to melt.
It is also worth a tablespoon of cocoa powder with sugar to taste.
Spray 150-200 ml of milk up to 55-65 ° C with little foam and pour it over the mixture.
Corona with cream mounted and a pinch of cocoa, if you like, and serves.
Tips and warnings
The name comes from the Yemeni port of Moca (al- Makha), from where much of the world's coffee came out for centuries. Check the chocolate label if there are allergies: many carry milk or traces of nuts.
One last thing
Coffee, chocolate and milk: the winter trio. Do we crown it with cream or a ko‑fi?
