Method
Prepare 250 g of coffee in French press (recipe "French Press") with 15 g of thick ground coffee.

It also serves drip coffee or filter cone.
Meanwhile, it heats 240 ml of milk up to 60-65 ° C, without boiling.
Spread the coffee between two trees and complete each with the same amount of milk.
Taste to taste and serve it with toast or a wet cruasan.
Tips and warnings
It is not an espresso coffee: it has filter coffee, softer and longer. In France it is taken in a bowl at breakfast, and wet is almost compulsory.
One last thing
A large bowl, filter coffee and hot milk: French breakfast. The croissant is on you; the ko‑fi, if you want, too.
