Method
Get a glass of cocktail in the freezer.
Prepare a double espresso ("Espresso" recipe).
Put 4-6 ice cubes on the cockpit, add 10-15 ml of syrup and the newly made espresso.
Close well and shake with energy 10-20 seconds, until the cocktail is frozen out.
Collide to the cold glass: there will be a clear and fine foam above.
Tips and warnings
Without a cockpit, a jar with a lid that closes well serves the same. Use better syrup than sugar: cold dissolves at the moment.
One last thing
Shake, not removed. And if you've been happy, a Ko‑fi leaves everything calm.
