Neighbor of Kenya and with a similar profile: black grosella, citrus and wine. Famous for his snail (peberry).

Tanzania grows coffee on the slopes of the Kilimanjaro and in other high areas of the country, between 1,200 and 1,900 m. His profile recalls that of Kenya: black, citrus, and a wine point, with living acidity.
In the north, the harvest goes about July to December. Most of the arabic is processed in washing.
Tanzania is famous for its snail, which in English they call peberry. Each cherry usually has two flat seeds in front of it; sometimes it only develops one, round like a pea. They separate and sell separately. They're said to be more uniform; you decide in the cup.
- Kilimanjaro: between 1,500 and 1,800 m.
- Arusha, north.
- Mbeya and Mbinga, south.
Prepare it in V60, Kalita or AeroPress with light or city. If you like Kenya, it's a good alternative to compare.
