Bolivia is a small origin and its production has been down for years, so finding a good lot has some finding. Coffee grows between 1,400 and 2,300 m in altitude.

The harvest goes more or less from June to October and almost everything is processed in washing. The typical cup is floral and sweet with notes of cane sugar.

  • Caranavi: the name you'll see most in the bags.
  • Yungas: the mountain region where Caranavi is located.

It's a coffee to enjoy slowly. Prepare it in V60, Chemex or Kalita with clear weave or city and let the floral aroma speak. He doesn't need milk.

If you like clean cafes in Central America but you're looking for something less common, Bolivia is a good lead. Since the offer is short, when you see a lot you like, don't let it go too far: it may not come back until the next harvest.
